I grew up in one of the food capitals of the world, New York City, so it was pretty easy to open my eyes to my passion of cooking early on. A lot of my experience throughout my 39 years of cooking has been geared toward fine dining and providing that perfect meal for someone. A lot of work and experience goes into each meal but it’s a small price to pay to see the people I cook for enjoy their meal!


I have experience in every type of cuisine but I love the ability to get creative and incorporate local ingredients into European and South American dishes when possible.


My years of fine dining experience allow me to provide the best experience to my clients when they let me in their house to cook for them.
